Woolworth's Caramel Apples

Woolworth's Caramel Apples have been a Mitchell tradition since 1959. Made with a secret recipe, caramel sauce is drizzled on fresh apples and sold to benefit MMS&B and Carnegie Resource Center during Corn Palace Week, held in August each year.

You can also just stop on by the Mitchell Area Community Theater located to the North of the Corn Palace. Look for the big Caramel Apples painted on the Windows!
