Our Maintenance team performs a variety of maintenance duties each day. They are learners, troubleshooters and team players! No two days are the same with new tasks and challenges presented daily and, as a result, the opportunity to learn and grow in many areas.

Job Details
As a Maintenance Technician / Floater you will be responsible to assist our Maintenance Team with property cleaning and maintenance, as well as, assist our Home Services Team with a variety of construction/remodel projects.
Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
- Responding to residents’ requests for maintenance/repairs and completing any needed follow-up work in a timely manner
- Performing maintenance and cleaning duties as necessary to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics of the properties
- Performing apartment turnover maintenance work and cleaning to make units ready for new residents following appropriate checklists and adhering to deadlines
- Maintaining inventory
- Assisting Mills Home Services department with construction/remodel projects
- Operating and maintaining company vehicle and equipment
- Greeting and communicating with residents/customers
- Being available for periodic after hours calls to respond to maintenance emergencies only
Maintenance Technician / Floater will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties. Maintenance Technician / Floater will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will do so professionally, consistently and safely.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Requirements:
Construction/Maintenance and/or Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Mills Property Management is willing to train individuals with less experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders. Must have valid driver's license.
