Job Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Mitchell, SD 57301

Shift: 6pm-6am Rotating Shift

Description: Maintenance Technician – Overnight (12-Hour Shift)

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 12-hour overnight shift to keep equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and welding issues
Install replacement parts and report equipment needs
Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, LOTO, and PPE requirements
Support food safety and SQF quality standards

What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
PLC experience preferred
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SAP experience a plus
Ability to work overnight shifts independently
Background check and drug screen required
