You're invited to watch Lakota Hoop Dancer, Starr Chief Eagle perform at the Corn Palace Plaza on Friday, July 25 at 6:30pm. Starr is one of the nation's premiere hoop dancers. Her performance is sponsored by the SD Arts Council and Mitchell Public Library.
