JOB SUMMARY
- Supervise youth in grades K-2 at the Mitchell Recreation Center between the hours of 3:15 - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. Work 3-5 days/week. Starting wage $12.20 or DOE.
MAJOR DUTIES
- Organize and supervise activities for above said grades at Recreation Center. Activities include gym activities, swimming at Indoor Aquatic Center, Playground supervisor, crafts, etc.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION
- Skilled in following instructions - Good communication skills, patience.
- Skilled in prioritizing work.
SUPERVISORY CONTORLS
- This position would be supervised by the After School program coordinator.

- Guidelines include supervisory instructions and city and department policies and procedures. These guidelines are generally clear and specific, but may require some interpretation in application.
