Overall Responsibility:  
Performs general, overall maintenance, service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting,
welding, machine servicing, electrical, vehicle, forklift servicing, etc. Must be knowledgeable in the procedures
and safety measures in all areas of facility.

4.0 Major Duties & Responsibilities:
4.1 Perform Machine/Battery/Tool/Facility Servicing, repairs
4.2 Perform General Carpentry and plumbing
4.3 Perform electrical installation of 1 and 3 phase equipment
4.4 Conducts vehicle and forklift servicing, repairs, and monthly maintenance
4.5 Conducts preventative/predictive, Inspections/maintenance
4.6 Conduct the rearranging/installation of equipment
4.7 Maintains and completes any and all necessary records for safety and insurance measures, including safety daily & monthly checklists
4.8 Responsible for the safe & efficient repair, maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes
4.9 Remove, install, rebuild, weld/braze, lubricate, & perform preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment as necessary
4.10 Work with hands and trouble shoot problems
4.11 Ability to use tools in a safe and proper manner
4.12 Strengthen the Maintenance function and provide ongoing support to ensure goals are being met
