Hours are Monday through Thursday
4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
Set up and operate sheet metal and tubing cutting and forming equipment,
ensuring all parts are correct dimensionally and of good quality.
| 4.0 PRIMARY | MAJOR DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES: | ||||||
| 4.1 Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs to determine material requirements and task sequences | ||||||
| 4.2 Select the correct computer program to cut/form/bend the needed parts per job operation traveler | ||||||
| 4.3 Perform required bending/cutting/deburring/forming of sheets of metal | ||||||
| 4.4 Verify conformance of finished component to engineering drawings and requirements | ||||||
| 4.5 Fill out all paperwork/or computerized documentation required (i.e. quality checklist, etc.) | ||||||
| 4.6 Maintain clean and organized workstation by sweeping and cleaning up shavings and transporting items on a smooth surface |

| 4.7 Use of hand tools, power tools, manual and automated machines and equipment | ||||||
| 4.8 Operates one or more production machines, if trained | ||||||
| 4.9 Perform daily maintenance and checks on equipment and make immediate Supervisor aware of any issues/delays |

| 4.10 Provide ongoing support to ensure Enertech goals and Core Values are being met | ||||||
| 4.11 Aware and support Management System Policy and Objectives for all ISO Management Systems (QMS, OHSM and EMS) |

| 4.12 Continually work to improve our Management systems for all ISO Management Systems (QMS, OHSM, and EMS) |

| 4.14 Operate jib crane and/ or forklift to load and unload parts from the CNC turret punching machine | ||||||
| 4.15 Operates all production machines | ||||||
| 4.16 Provides training and guidance to other members of Sheet Metal Fabrication | ||||||
| 4.17 Able to work and perform job requirements without close supervision | ||||||
| 4.18 Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities | ||||||
| 4.19 Able to effectively explain and answer questions related to the operation of the department | ||||||
| 4.20 Use of Nesting Software a plus | ||||||
