This position involves following recipes, measuring ingredients, mixing dough, operating baking equipment, and ensuring finished products meet company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measure and mix ingredients while following established recipes to create doughs and batters for various baked goods
• Measure and mix ingredients while following established recipes to create and cut doughs for fried goods.
• Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment and bake goods at the correct temperature and for the correct amount of time.
• Ensure baked goods demonstrate quality, appearance, and taste according to company standards.
• Keep all merchandise and ingredients rotated for freshness.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and workspace.
• Comply with all company, state, and federal regulations governing health, safety, and sanitation.
• Assume additional duties as needed
